If you are using Illustrator CS6 from Creative Cloud (i.e., Illustrator 6.1), you can go to
File -> Package...
. Deselect everything except 'Create Report'. The report will list all fonts used in the document.(This feature will be part of the packaged software in the next major release.)

The Document Info palette will list all the fonts used.

If you are using Illustrator CC, then you can use the builtin 'Package' feature to collect all fonts used in your Illustrator document. If you are using Illustrator CS5 /6, then you can try a third-party Illustrator plugin: Illustrator Art Packer

With the help of fellow devinant *KinnoHitsuji and the members of the Sailor Moon Forums on GenVid, along with some extensive legwork of my own, I have made this visual reference to many of the typefaces used throughout Sailor Moon in the anime and manga. If I didn't own an alternative or variation font, I didn't include it. For example, the font I listed for the Mixx English release manga might also be Formal 436 Regular, but I think Cassia and Mercurius Script MT make a pretty good equivalent to what is shown in the manga.
Similarly, one could use University instead of Occidental.
The fonts listed for the Kodansha English manga re-release are used for the International branding of Sailor Moon as well, with Shardee getting modified to include a star over the lowercase 'i,' while the only letters of Caslon No. 540 Swash Alternative were the uppercase 'S' and 'M' and the lowercase 'n.' The regular Shardee 'i' (not the modified one) was used in the English logo. Another variation is Amperzand. Supposedly these are variants of the very ornamental Mutlu Ornamental, which has lots of swooshes.
None of the video game fonts are included here.
Why did I do this? Because I'm more of a visual learner than a text-based one. It's not enough for someone like me to read a list of fonts and what they appear as/under in a given print or display project. Instead, I like to see them, and then I can go 'Oh! I recognize that!' I hope you get some use out of this and you recognize these fonts, too!
